qualifications
at least 3 years experience in automotive e&e ıntegration & diagnostics
bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics, control or mechatronics engineering disciplines
business level working/speaking proficiency in english
flexible for short and long-term travels abroad if necessary
having knowledge on autosar sw
having knowledge on task management system the jıra and the azure tools
having knowledge on automotive diagnostic systems and swcm with root cause analysis
experienced in vehicle network architecture and topology design, knowledge about common vehicle network protocols (can hs, can fd, lin, etc.)
experienced in network database files (*.dbc, *.ldf., *.arxml)
able to reflash software, m2 configuration and m3 calibration files
· able to fill signoff checklist (functional and diagnostics check) as the scope of signoff
· able to use canape, canoe or canalyzer tools
able to make root cause analysis by using can tools and oscilloscope/voltmeter
system experience in one of the following powertrain domains:
· diesel engines
· automatic transmissions
· electric/hybrid powertrains
end of line test prep: prepare test vehicles for eol testing: update/ replace module hardware, reflash software, perform module configuration, and perform functional testing.
job description;
5 days/week on-site (customer location) working availability in kocaeli area during customer project. after project ends, work location will be formeld offices or other projects
performing vehicle sign-off tests on vehicle according to specified signoff documentation & by capturing can log during tests
supporting troubleshooting activities
electrical issue diagnosis - perform diagnosis of vehicles/electrical systems/networks using can tool, multimeters or oscillators
preparing test vehicles for end-of-line testing, update or replace hardware module, re-flash software, perform module configuration and functional testing.
key off load analysis and testing
supporting vehicle ıntegration activities on customer facility.
managing technical issues and coordinate through definition of problem statement, root cause analysis, and solution implementation
