baku'de çalışabilecek aşağıdaki özelliklere sahip arkadaşları mesaj kutuma bekliyorum. çalışma ortamı ingilizce türkce karışık o nedenle orta üst seviyede ingilizce bilmesini tercih ederiz • bachelor's degree in architecture. • minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel, residential, villa, commercial, and high-end interior fit-out projects. • advanced knowledge of shop drawings (sd), construction documentation, and detailed design development. • experienced in architectural and interior detailing, material coordination, and site implementation processes. • ability to develop construction details while maintaining the original design intent. • strong experience in furniture, fixed joinery, wall, ceiling, and flooring details. • technical knowledge to coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. • ability to work closely with manufacturers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout fit-out processes. • advanced proficiency in autocad; knowledge of revit, sketchup, and bim processes is preferred. • experienced in technical specification review, material submittals, and shop drawing review procedures. • capable of conducting site inspections and providing practical solutions to technical challenges. • strong english communication skills with the ability to conduct technical correspondence and participate in meetings. • detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and project delivery. • able to adapt to a fast-paced project environment and work effectively as part of a team.
